The hammerheads have good durability and the handles are comfortable. After a little dressing of the faces they are really nice to use for my class. However, be prepared to fix the handles at the mounting point. All 6 of the hammers that we bought to use at school have needed new shims made as the hammer heads kept trying to fall off. I have 3 of the 800g and 3 of the 1000g, each one maybe having 20 hours of work put on them. For a brand new out of the box tool I was a little disappointed. Any handle I have put on a hammer last a lot longer before coming loose.
