DISCOUNTS are calculated on the final page of the checkout. ABANA Discount of 5% is only available for phone orders only and only on certain items

SHIPPING: If you are shipping to an address inside the USA and your billing address is NOT in the USA we reserve the right to charge you a International handling fee. In most cases International handling charges will be 3% of the total order. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: International shipments are shipped UPS or Priority Mail unless requested otherwise. Customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in shipping charges and are the responsibility of the purchaser. We have no control on what customs costs will be. 

Please keep in mind that if UPS International contacts you and you do not respond to their emails or phone calls they abandon the package. If that happens there is no way to refund your shipment.  

SHIPPING ESTIMATES: If you would like an estimate on your shipping charge after you have put items into your cart, click view my cart in the upper right hand of your cart. Click view my cart, and from that screen you can get an estimate for both UPS and US priority mail. Online Cost estimators are estimates only

SAME DAY SHIPMENTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. ORDERS PLACED ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS MAY NOT SHIP THE FOLLOWING WORK DAY. Especially with USPS shipments.

UPS - Next day air, Second day air and three day air order must be received BEFORE 10 am EST if you need them shipped the same day.

USPS - Weekend and Holiday order may not ship until the second workday when using US Mail. Priority mail 2 & 3 day are estimates and are transit times - they do not include preparation for shipment. 
Small fastener orders and other items that might fit in a small flat rate or medium flat rate - please call us to place your order.

Please check your order carefully for errors, duplication and shipping method BEFORE finalizing. We are not responsible for errors made when orders are placed. If you notice that you have made an error, PLEASE call or email us immediately.

Returns subject to prior approval only. If an item has been altered in ANY WAY we will not accept it back.

Returned Check Fee: There will be a $30.00 Charge for All returned checks and Credit card charge-back's.
